What is the Shipping Policy of Vogue Saga?

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period?

Pan India Orders are delivered within 7 – 10 working days. We at Vogue Saga want to give the best shopping experience to each and every customer but it may take more than normal shipping time due to Lockdown in some states

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Pan India, Voguesaga provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above Rs 300. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all orders of Rs. 300 or below. COD services are chargeable.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. 
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her voguesaga.com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on (email id) with your Order ID mentioned.
  6. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Vogue saga account to place the order for the new product.
  7. For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.50, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
  8. Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
  9. Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share a video of unpacking of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
  2. All refunds will be credited in your Vogue saga Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Voguesaga.com
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

  1. In case of manufacturing defects, for all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.75 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
  2. For every next 500-gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
  3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.75 in your account.
  4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.125.
  5. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  6. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  7. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
  8. If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.75, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.75.

How long the refund procedure takes?

  1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Vogue saga E-wallet as store credits or Discount coupons exclusively for you will be provided.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.75 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.75, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

Pricing

  • Prices mentioned are all in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of Local Taxes and Transaction Fees..
  • For Domestic orders within India, for orders of a total value of Rs.300 and above, shipping is free. For orders of a total value below Rs.300, shipping charges will be Rs.50.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, there is a convenience fee per shipment of Rs.50.

We ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 
Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

Delivery

  • You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page.
  • Auto-generated e-mail confirming your Order will be sent within 24 hours, which will be followed by a second e-mail giving you the status of your Order, Dispatch and may contain information to track the shipment.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
  • Delivery will be attempted only once to the recipient’s address. Re-delivery/Redirection to other address will not be considered. In case party fails to take delivery of product after tendering the shipment for delivery, the party will have to bear additional charges, if any, as applicable and decided by the courier/shipper, for re-delivery.

Cancellations

  •  We may not accept an Order in case (i) we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or (ii) Items are out of stock / withdrawn.
  • In case, owing to production or quality reasons, we are unable to deliver the items ordered, we will inform the same to you by email and refund the payment to your credit card/ bank account.
  • We shall not be able to cancel the Order once it is processed.
  • If you are unable to cancel your order online, get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns & Refund

  • If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us. For more information on Returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
  • Vogue saga will not entertain claims for damage, shortages etc., under any circumstances, after delivery has been accepted by the Party. Only Manufacturing defects will be entertained.
  • Vogue saga shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the shipment if it is caused due to act of God, shipper fault, Force Majeure occurrence of any cause beyond the control of Vogue saga including strikes, riots, political and other disturbances, fire, accident of the vehicle carrying the goods, explosions, extremist act, bandh, floods etc.

Exchange Policy

  • We have an Exchange Policy only for our clothing items for Size.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods by the customer.
  • Please email us at (email) informing us of your intention to exchange before sending anything back.
  • If you are unhappy with the Size of the apparel ordered, you can exchange it for another Size provided the required size is in stock with us and the exchangeable item/s are in their original condition, in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions and are in resalable condition.
  • For items being exchanged, we will arrange for a ‘Return Pick up and Exchange’ for Pincodes where this service is available. For Pincodes not serviced by this facility, the customer will have to courier the items back to us. Once we receive the item to be exchanged, we will courier the requested exchange product/s to the Customer.  Rs.75 will be charged for the reverse pickup. If you self ship the items, there will be no charge for the exchange. 
  • Defective merchandise will be replaced / exchanged with new merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise based on stock availability.
  • The item/s to be returned should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Discounted and Sale items cannot be returned. Items have to be shipped back by the customer at their cost. Once we receive the product/s, the amount to the extent of the value of the product being returned will be added to the Customer’s online account on the www.voguesaga.com website as Store Credit. This Store Credit can be used by the Customer against future purchases.
  • Refunds will be provided only if we are unable to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product is damaged or defective. Refund will not be provided in case the product is disliked by the customer. In such a case, only Store Credit on our website www.voguesaga.com will be provided on return of the product. Return shipping to be arranged by customer.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy. This will be ascertained at our sole discretion.
  • For items on Sale, discounted Items and items on Special Offers, we do no accept any exchanges or returns.


Intellectual Property Rights

  • All and any intellectual property rights in connection with the products shall be owned absolutely by the Company.

Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Maharashtra.

Wash care instruction

  1. Do not bleach or wash with chlorine-based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead
  2. Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open
  3. Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes; prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric
  4. Do not wring
  5. Do not use hard brushes during hand wash as they may damage the prints
  6. Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long; especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib
  7. Do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)
  8. Machine wash cold
  9. Wash/dry inside out
  10. Fabric subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately
  11. Tumble dry low
  12. Warm iron needed.
